CDL Driver Summary

The CDL Driver (Class B) is responsible for safely transporting tree care equipment, debris, and crew members to and from job sites. This role plays a critical part in supporting field operations, maintaining equipment, and ensuring that daily project logistics run smoothly and safely. Duties/ Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles, including trucks with trailers, chip trucks, and other vehicles requiring a Class B CDL. Grapple Truck experience preferred.

Grounds Personnel

Groundsman, plays a vital role in supporting tree care and removal operations. This position works closely with the tree crew to perform essential ground-level tasks that contribute to the safe and efficient pruning, removal, and maintenance of trees. Key responsibilities include managing tools and equipment, driving trucks/chippers.trailers, securing ropes, handling debris, and maintaining a clean and safe worksite.

Climber

Duties/ Responsibilities

Safely climb trees using ropes, harnesses, and other climbing equipment to perform pruning, trimming, and removal of limbs.
Cut, prune, or remove tree branches and limbs according to client specifications and safety standards.
Assist with the setup and maintenance of climbing equipment, including ropes, harnesses, and rigging gear.
Coordinate with the ground crew and Bucket Operator to ensure smooth operations during tree removal and maintenance.

Groundsman

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred
Previous experience in tree care or a related field preferred but not required
Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including various weather conditions
Strong attention to following safety protocols
Lift 70 pounds to shoulder height
Flexibility to squat and bend
Availability to work during storm-related jobs .including weekends.

Qualifications for All Canidates

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
Must have a valid driver’s license
Ability to wear and properly use required PPE.
Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices for operating machinery in hazardous environment's.
Ability to read and understand job site plans and communicate effectively with team members.

*Ability to grip, push, pull, and handle tools and equipment.

Tolerance for working outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.
